The Fashion Wok provides high quality products and we are confident that you will love what you have purchased from us. However, we understand that occasionally you may not be 100% happy therefore to ensure you have the best online shopping experience with us we have put together an ‘easy’ and ‘hassle free’ Returns policy for your peace of mind.
RETURNS CRITERIAThe Fashion Wok would only consider Returns when goods received are in 'original condition' as defined below:
- Unstained (with no make-up, deodorant, perfume, fake tan, sweat, scent of laundry detergent or any other stains or marks)
-Original Tags still attached
-In its Original packaging
Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned at customer expense so please take due care when trying on your order. We reserve the right to refuse Returns if we believe the item has been worn.
From the day you receive your order, we have a 14 day returns policy for Australian returns and 21 days for International returns. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, The Fashion Wok will use its discretion as to whether we can make an exception in accepting it and there might be a late return fee.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY
The Fashion Wok does not offer any 'Change Of Mind' returns so please choose carefully when making your purchase in the first instance.
Below items are not eligible for Returns:
Sale items- Items purchased on Sale or with a discounted code cannot be returned. All sale transactions are final and this includes purchases for incorrect size.
Accessories like Jewellery or Bags for hygienic reasons.
Although we have made every effort to display accuracy for the colors of displayed goods on our website, however The Fashion Wok cannot guarantee perfect match in the color of the product image provided on our website to the color of the actual physical product. Color may or may not vary from the image shown on our website due to device monitor resolution or picture tube variations which is out of our control. Any returns based on this will not be eligible for returns.
In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and non-negotiable.
STORE CREDIT/Credit Note
The Fashion Wok does not offer Refunds but we will happily offer ‘Store Credit’ for full-priced items you wish to Return or Exchange provided they fulfil the conditions as defined above in our Returns criteria.
A store credit will be issued in the form of a discount code which can be redeemed at the checkout while placing your next order. The store credit will not have an expiry period but we do encourage you to use it as soon as possible within 12 months from date of issue.
If your return is accepted please note below costs will be deducted from your order purchase and any store credit applied on your account would exclude these fees & charges. :
-any original paid shipping costs by you
-any original paid shipping by us if you chose 'Free Shipping' offer against the order
-any order associated costs (like Bank Merchant Fees, AfterPay fees) that we have incurred to process the order
Your store credit can either be used to order a different colour or size of your original garment if available or any other item from the store. However please note to offer uniqueness for our customers we keep limited stock of our product range (some even being one-offs or one size each) due to this The Fashion Wok cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to fulfil an exchange request.
The Fashion Wok offers refunds only on items that are faulty. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Every product available for sale on www.thefashionwok.com must strictly pass a quality check procedure to ensure we maintain a high quality of goods at all times before they are put for sale. Even then if you have received a faulty product, please contact the Customer Fulfillment Team within 5 days of receiving the goods on firstname.lastname@example.org with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line so that we can offer a proper resolution for you. HOW A RETURN IS PROCESSED
STEP 1 Inspect your item and make sure it is in perfect condition and meets our Returns Criteria as stated above and email our Customer Fulfillment Team at email@example.com and request a RA# (Return Authority Number).
STEP 2 Once our team has received your email they will be in touch with you to ensure your items meet the Returns Criteria. Once our team is satisfied RA number will be issued. Our team will email you instructions on how to process your return based on your location.
STEP 3 Please print and fill out our Returns/Exchange form and include this returns form and original invoice in the package with your returned item(s) and process the return as instructed.
Important: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly suggest using a ‘trackable postage’ option as it enables you to track the parcel being returned and keep the tracking reference until returns are processed by us. Unfortunately, if the package is lost on its way to us, our Customer Fulfillment Team will be unable to compensate you.
STEP 4 Once the package is received our Customer Fulfillment Team will inspect the package and make sure all the items meet our Returns Criteria. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your items. All returns will be automatically processed for Store Credit. You can then place a new order using that store credit.
You will receive an email with details of the Store Credit once your return is processed.
